Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy

Welcome to our website (the ‘Site’). We value the intellectual property rights of others and expect the same respect in return. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), a copyright owner or their representative can submit a takedown notice to us through our DMCA Agent. As an internet service provider, we can claim immunity from infringement claims under the DMCA’s “safe harbor” provisions. To file an infringement claim with us, you need to provide specific information.

Notice of Infringement – Claim

  1. A signature of the copyright owner or their authorized representative.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work alleged to have been infringed.
  3. Identification of the infringing material to be removed, along with details to locate it.
  4. Contact information of the complaining party.
  5. A statement that the use of the material is unauthorized.
  6. A statement of accuracy and authorization under penalty of perjury.

Section 512(f) of Title 17 USC imposes penalties on those who provide false information in infringement notifications. Takedown notices should be sent through our Contact page via email for quick response.

When submitting a claim, understand that your identity may be shared with the alleged infringer as we handle the situation.

Counter Notification – Restoration of Material

If your material was removed due to a copyright claim, you can send a counter notification to have it restored. The notification must contain specific elements per 17 USC Section 512(g)(3).

  1. Your signature.
  2. Description of the removed material and its original location.
  3. A statement of good faith belief regarding the removal.
  4. Your contact details and consent to jurisdiction.

Send your counter notice through our Contact page, preferably via email.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We have a strict policy regarding repeat infringers to comply with the DMCA. We keep a record of DMCA notices and take action against repeat offenders by terminating their accounts.
